What's so great about REBRAND?
All REBRAND emails are fully interactive, so clicking on an address pulls up a map, tapping a phone number calls the agent and photo thumbnails link to larger images. It's pretty awesome.
How much does it cost?
Every standard email blast is $59+tax. If you need an email sent out in less than 48 hours, a Rush email blast is $74+tax ($15 more than a standard order). Please note: we recently implemented a slight price increase while still maintaining the best pricing in the industry. We kept our prices the same for 8 years, but as our costs have increased over the years, we needed to make adjustments to ensure the viability of our business long term. How many Realtors will my email reach?
REBRAND Dallas maintains a comprehensive list of Realtors in each county in North Texas. Each email blast is typically sent to between 10,000-15,000 area Realtors. The exact counties and lists targeted are determined by the listing location and type. Please email emails@rebranddallas.com or call (469) 324-0866 with any questions.
What are your business hours?
We are open and actively working on emails Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-11am. We do not work on Sundays, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed securely using Stripe. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you are unable to use Stripe, alternative payment methods can be arranged by contacting us at emails@rebranddallas.com
How soon will I receive my email proof?
Once we receive your order form you will receive a proof in 48 hours or less. If you need to send an email out sooner than that, please make sure to place a Rush order for an additional $15.
How do I avoid the junk folder? Will every Realtor in my area receive my blast?
While we do everything we can to make sure every Realtor receives our email blasts in their inbox, there are hundreds of variables that can impact email deliverability, such as previously unsubscribing from our blasts, certain words/phrases in your subject line or property description, and corporate spam filter rules. Since we are simply sending the words and content that you choose to use for your listing email blast, you are ultimately responsible for the content you create which has a direct reflection on your results. Here are some common things to avoid that sometimes trigger spam filters: Using words/phrases like "Bonus", "Best Price", "Investment", etc. (see a list of spam trigger words here). Using too many $$$ or !!!. USING ALL CAPS IN THE SUBJECT LINE. Sending an email that is just one big image (Unfortunately, this is exactly what a Pre-Designed Flyer order is and what most of our competitors send. Use Style 1, 2 or 3 for best results.).
